Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within a maximum of 12 hours of being placed as long as the order has not been delivered to the relevant logistics provider.

If the above conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded to the same method of payment.

In the event that the product has already been delivered to the logistics provider, the shipment will continue its course and would have to be returned by the customer at C/ guerrilleros nº5 37004 Salamanca. Provided that the product is in perfect condition, the refund will be made. Otherwise, OXALIS TRADING SLU reserves the right to refuse the refund due to deterioration of the material. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded minus the transport costs. In case of having taken advantage of a promotion of free shipping costs, the shipping costs will be deducted from the price of the product to be returned.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted in the cases described in the previous point. If the appropriate conditions are not met, the return will not be considered.

Refund Policy

Whenever it proceeds according to the conditions described above, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in the same terms and means in which the amount was paid and within 72 hours.
