Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

When you purchase products from Escape City Box, you have a legal right of withdrawal:

Orders can be canceled within a maximum of 12 hours after placing them, provided that the order has not been delivered to the relevant logistics provider.
If the aforementioned conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

In the event that the product has already been delivered to the logistics provider, the shipment will continue, and the customer must return it to Calle Guerrilleros nº5, bajo, 37004 Salamanca, within two months from the date of purchase. The customer will bear the return shipping costs.

A refund will be processed ONLY IF the product is in perfect condition, as outlined in the exceptions in the European law on Guarantees and Returns. Otherwise, OXALIS TRADING SLU reserves the right to deny the refund due to material deterioration. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded minus the transportation costs. If a promotion for free shipping was applied, the shipping costs will be deducted from the product price for the return.

Returns will only be accepted in the cases described in the previous point. If the appropriate conditions are not met, the return will not be considered. It is important to note that the validity of the game, from the moment of purchase, is 2 years.

Whenever applicable, according to the conditions described above, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded under the same terms and means in which that amount was paid. The return process will begin once the box is received without damage and unopened.

If the digital content or service is defective or does not match what was advertised, you will have the right to a warranty of at least two years in any case. If the provider cannot fix the content or service within a reasonable time, free of charge and without inconvenience to you, you may request a price reduction. If a solution cannot be provided, the money will be refunded through the original payment method.
