Terms and Conditions agreement
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The following Terms and conditions govern the downloading, access and use of the mobile
application (hereinafter, the “APPLICATION”) which OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. makes
available to users.
This version of the APPLICATION shall be available free of charge.
Accessing the APPICATION implies that the user agrees and consents without exception to
these Terms and Conditions of Use.
1. NATURE OF THE APPLICATION
The APPLICATION serves entertainment.
All audiences can benefit from this project. Many specialists were involved in the designing
and development process of the APPLICATION, as well as a group of users who intervened
in the testing phase.
The APPLICATION is made available to all users only for their personal use. Any
professional use shall and must be accepted with the written consent of OXALIS TRADING
S.L.U.
This APPLICATION runs on Android or iOS devices with front camera. Geographic location
and camera activation are required to run this APPLICATION.
2. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights of the APPLICATION are under the ownership of
OXALIS TRADING S.L.U., to whom corresponds the exclusive exercise of exploitation of the
same ones in any form given and, in particular, their reproduction, distribution, public
communication and transformation, total or partial.
Third parties holding intellectual and industrial property rights over photographs, logos,
videos and any other symbols or contents included in the APPLICATION have granted the
corresponding authorizations for their reproduction, distribution and making available to the
public.
User acknowledges that any reproduction, transformation, public distribution or
commercialization, decompilation, disassembly or use of reverse engineering techniques or
any other means to obtain the source code, transformation or publication of any
unauthorized reference test results of any of the elements and utilities integrated within the
development constitutes an infringement of the exclusive intellectual property rights of
OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. and therefore the user undertakes not to carry out any of the
actions mentioned above.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
The APPLICATION uses Google Analytics, an application analytics service provided by
Google, Inc., to help the organization analyse the use made by users of the APPLICATION
and interaction trends. The non-personally identifiable information you provide to OXALIS
TRADING S.L.U. may be used for internal purposes such as generating statistics. The
APPLICATION may collect, store or accumulate certain non-personal data regarding the
APPLICATION use.
Google Analytics is regulated by Google’s general terms of service accessible at
http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/es.html and by Google’s privacy policies available at
https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en.
Visitors may deactivate the cookies for Google Analytics at any time by using:

In accordance with the applicable Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April
2016 (GDPR), personal data provided through the acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions shall form part of a file which is OXALIS TRADING S.L.U.'s responsibility and
those data shall be used for the purpose described in paragraph 1. "NATURE OF THE
APPLICATION" and shall be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship to the sole
purpose of improving the APPLICATION.
System information, user access, demographic data, screens and user interaction,
blockages and exceptions may also be processed. The data subject shall have the right to
withdraw his or her consent at any time as well as exercise the rights of access, limitation,
portability, lodging a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority, deletion,
correction, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data, with a request in
writing addressed to OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. C/ Guerrilleros 5 bajo 37004 Salamanca
Email: contacto@escapecitybox.com and shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with
a supervisory authority (www.agdp.es) if the user considers that the processing of data does
not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. reserves the right at any time, and without the need for prior
notice, to make changes or corrections in the APPLICATION. Similarly, OXALIS TRADING
S.L.U. reserves the right to alter or change the Terms and Conditions of Use for reasons
such as adaptation to possible new legislation or changes in the APPLICATION itself, as
well as modifications that may arise from existing law codes on this subject or for strategic or
corporate reasons.
4. LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. reserves the right at any time, and without the need for prior
notice, to make changes or corrections, suspend or terminate the services provided by the
APPLICATION, totally or partially, as well as to alter its configuration, availability and
presentation.
Such modifications may take place for reasons such as adaptation to possible new
legislation or changes in the APPLICATION itself, as well as modifications that may arise
from existing law codes on this subject or for strategic or corporate reasons.
OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. accepts no liability for any minor using the APPLICATION, being
the download and use of the APPLICATION the sole responsibility of the user.
The APPLICATION is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or
implied. OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. assumes no responsibility over the final quality of the
APPLICATION nor guarantees that the APPLICATION supports and meets its aims.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. commits to the greatest extent
possible to contribute to improving the quality of the APPLICATION, but shall not guarantee
the accuracy or timeliness of its Content.
Use of the APPLICATION shall be the single and exclusive responsibility of the user. Except
as provided in the Terms and Conditions of Use, OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. disclaims all
responsibility for any damage or loss that may arise from the download or use of the
APPLICATION, such as those derived from breakdowns, including but not limited to
communication lines errors, user's Hardware or Software malfunctions or problems with the
Internet network. Similarly, OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. shall not assume responsibility over
any damage caused as a result of improper or inadequate use of the APPLICATION. In the
same way, OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for the
inability to use the APPLICATION due to causes beyond its control such as street or
monument closures, weather phenomena, etc. OXALIS TRADING S.L.U. shall not assume
responsibility over accidents that may occur during the use of the APPLICATION.
5. LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
User agrees that the applicable legislation and the appropriate Courts and Tribunals to deal
with divergences arising from the interpretation or application of this Terms and Conditions
of Use are subjected to the legislation and Spanish jurisdiction. Therefore, the User submits,
with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the decisions of the Courts and Tribunals
near the city of SALAMANCA, Spain.
