ESCAPE CITY BOX brings you an Escape Room in London that is experienced through a mobile application and whose common thread is a film. The app, available on both iOS and Android, will guide you through the streets of the city with the help of maps, videos and images so that you can complete the mission, as well as proposing a series of challenges and enigmas to solve and advance. You will have to interact with the material included in the box (maps, photographs, telegrams, objects, etc.). as well as with the buildings and the historical-artistic heritage of the city.

After analysing a telegram sent in the 1980s by a UK-based Nazi collaborator to a colleague, historian Sarah Levi has come to the conclusion that the Spear of Destiny may be hidden somewhere underground in London.
This is one of the most sought-after religious relics in human history. You have the opportunity to help Sarah recover the Sacred Spear so that it can be studied and displayed in a local museum.

“The Killer of the Mask”
Catch the Killer of the Mask through the streets of London. An urban escape room that takes place in the streets of the center of the capital.
The national police have been on the trail of a mysterious serial killer who has been terrorising London for weeks. He always repeats the same modus operandi, killing and broadcasting the murders on the victim’s social networks, then depositing the body in an emblematic spot in the city and covering his face with a mask of a different color each time.
In this new Escape City Box mission, you must take on the role of a group of criminologists and try to uncover the identity of the most wanted killer in the city’s history before he commits another murder.
Will you be able to solve the evidence the Killer of the Mask has left you and catch him before it’s too late?

Años después de que la policía consiguiese atrapar al Asesino de la Máscara, se ha podido ver cómo una persona con capa negra y máscara vaga por las calles de Badajoz. Al parecer se trata de un asesino en serie que sigue el mismo patrón: secuestra a jóvenes, cuelga los videos en las redes sociales y termina matándolas. Tenéis que atraparle antes de que vuelva a sembrar el terror en la capital pacense.
Esta segunda parte de The Killer of the Mask vuelve a ser un Escape Urbano que se juega por las calles de Badajoz con una duración aproximada de dos horas. Solamente necesitarás la app móvil y la ayuda de una serie de materiales que encontrarás en el interior de la caja de Escape City Box.

AN EPIC URBAN ESCAPE ROOM TO PLAY THROUGH THE STREETS OF LONDON: THE SPEAR OF DESTINY
Young university researcher Sarah Levi has discovered a key clue to the current whereabouts of the Spear of Destiny. According to his research, the Holy Lance could be hidden somewhere underground in central London, or at least that is what she believes after analyzing a telegram from the 1980s that she has found. You must help Sarah discover where this religious relic is hidden, which is believed to have esoteric powers and has been coveted by great leaders throughout human history.

The app will guide you through the streets of London via maps while playing videos about the history of the Holy Lance. It will be in the app itself where you will have to answer the mysteries and riddles that will will appear during your mission, You will also have to interact with London’s own historical-artistic and monumental heritage as well as with the physical materials included inside the envelopes found in the box of Escape City Box. It is important that this envelopes that contain essential information, are only open when prompted to do so by the application. We recommend that you read the instructions carefully before playing.

La propia app será la que os irá guiando por las calles de Badajoz para poder completar la misión, mientras disfrutáis de algunos de sus monumentos como la Catedral Metropolitana de San Juan Bautista o el edificio que alberga el Museo Arqueológico de Badajoz.

Un escape room PARA DESCUBRIR LOS SECRETOS DE BADAJOZ
Escape City Box os presenta un juego para descubrir y vivir Badajoz de una forma completamente novedosa y diferente. Los juegos que os presentamos transcurren por las calles de la ciudad, gracias a ellos podréis descubrir lugares ocultos de la ciudad y jugar en los alrededores de la Plaza Alta o la Puerta de Palmas, descubriendo la historia de la ciudad y de su patrimonio artístico.
Dentro de la app móvil, también encontraréis información sobre los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad, como la Alcazaba del S. XII o la cercana Torre de Espantaperros o Torre de la Atalaya desde donde los almohades controlaban la ciudad.
Algunos de los enigmas o puzzles de las aventuras que os proponemos en Badajoz, tienen como protagonista la propia ciudad, su historia y su patrimonio monumental.
