Diferentes testigos han alertado a las autoridades de la presencia en las calles de Almería de un asesino en serie con capa negra y máscara, lo que les recuerda a otro que acechó la ciudad hace un par de años, con el mismo modus operandi: graba a sus víctimas y las cuelga en redes sociales, sacando beneficio económico gracias a una oscura red de distribución.

Police in Leicester have been on the trail of a vicious killer who has had the city on edge for weeks. The press has dubbed him the Killer of the Mask, as the few times he was seen he wore a Venetian mask. His modus operandi is always the same, he broadcasts the murders on the victims’ social networks and then deposits their corpses with a mask over their faces in some emblematic places of the city, thus generating more media impact.
Escape City Box presents a police-themed game set in the streets of Leicester. An adventure played through a phone app and with the physical materials of the Escape City Box. Throughout your mission you will have to solve the puzzles and the enigmas that the murderer himself will leave on the streets of Leicester.

THE SPEAR OF DESTINY: AN ESCAPE ROOM TO PLAY THROUGH LEICESTER
Urban escape rooms are the natural evolution of escape games that now are being taken to the streets, adopting gymkhana dynamics and conserving the essence of the traditional Escape Room. Escape City Box presents an epic adventure about the Spear of Destiny, played out on the streets of Leicester as if it were a film experienced in the first person. In this mission we propose to you, you will become historical investigators who must recover the mythical religious relic with which a Roman soldier pierced Christ’s side when he was on the cross. Through a mobile device and with the help of the mobile app from Escape City Box, available in both iOs and Android, you will discover the mysteries of the Spear of Destiny. The application itself will guide you through the streets of the city by means of a map and videos and will propose the enigmas that you will have to decipher. In addition, you will also have to use your wits by interacting with the material included in the envelopes inside the Escape City Box, which you will only have to open when the app tells you to do so.
You must help young historian Sarah Levi recover the Spear of Destiny so that it can be displayed in a local museum and studied by experts. Thus preventing it from falling into the hands of secret mystical groups seeking to get their hands on this sacred object which is granted various powers.

To do so, you must also use the materials included in the Escape City Box, such as the QR code that will activate the game in the mobile application or the instructions.
